There’s nothing like a new season to entice me into shopping for new clothes.
And it might be the slightly warmer days or the sun finally poking its head out, but this season I am all about print and colour.
Enter Mister Zimi. For the past decade or more and since its inception in 2007, the Queensland-born label has made a name for itself for its cult standout prints, patterns and dresses that make people stop and say “Omg, where did you get that?”

The new ‘Spritz’ collection, which launches today (16 September), is no exception.
Designed for spring racing, weddings, long lunches, parties and holiday escapes, ‘Spritz’ is a toast to feeling good, dressing bold, and living every day like it’s your everyday holiday.
Bringing holiday energy into your everyday life, there are spots, stripes, geometric prints and colour galore.
And I can’t get enough of it.

There are too many highlights from this latest collection to count.
But special mention must go to the Lea Dress in Cocoa with its super on-trend chocolate-coloured spots ($239).
The Juju Dress in Poppy ($289) is also a showstopper, and helps you bring an element of holiday dressing into your day-to-day party season events.
The Charlie Jumpsuit is one of my favourite and Mister Zimi’s most flattering cuts.
This season, it has been reincarnated in the ultra-stylish Cocoa Spots ($239) for an outfit that perfectly encapsulates desk to dinner.
I’ve also got my eye on the Arlo Skirt in the kaleidoscopic Kaleido print ($209), which looks as good with the matching top as it would with something more plain — say a simple white T-shirt.

While the collection is brand new to the Mister Zimi website, it is already proving hugely popular — with many shoppers rushing to snap up their favourite bits.
“Ok. The pink print dress WHAT IS THAT SORCERY. I need it immediately,” wrote one shopper underneath a photograph series of the collection shared on Instagram.
“The ombre, oh my,” adds another about the Clara Maxi Dress ($229).
“Love the red and blue print, and I haven’t been compelled to buy Zimi in over a year!” writes a third.
Mister Zimi drops regularly sell out in a matter of minutes, so we all know you have to be quick if you want to invest.
