Priced at $80 per month with download speeds of up to 500Mbps and upload speeds of up to 40Mbps, it really is a solid deal. But the best part? It can save you money when you’re not home to use it.
Instead of having your internet utility running at full strength when you’re not even home to enjoy it, Exetel has introduced a Hibernate feature. Essentially, Exetel internet customers can save $1 per day if they activate this feature.
It’s designed to slow your internet connection to 12/1Mbps so the essentials, like security cameras, can still run and in return you’ll get a daily discount off your bill.
So, say if you travel to Europe for an entire month, you could save $28 to $31 off your monthly bill, bringing the price down to anywhere between $50 to $52 per month. Customers can easily toggle the Hibernate feature on and off via the Exetel app.
