Two Burnt Cheesecakes in your Air fryer. (Basque cheesecake)
What You Need:
3 packets (750g) cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 large eggs
3/4 cup thickened cream
a splash of vanilla
Pinch of salt
Method
Toss everything into your trusty food processor or blender. (Or bowl with a whisk. Give it a whirl until it’s looking smooth. it will take a few minutes!
Grab your air fryer baskets and line them.
Share the delightful mix between the two baskets. Half in one, half in the other.
Pop the baskets in the air fryer and set it to 200°C. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, looking for a gentle wobble in the middle and a very dark brown on the top
Once done, let your cheesecake creations cool down in the basket.
For the best flavor, let your cheesecakes chill in the fridge for a few hours until it’s cold.
When you’re ready, slice up your cheesecake and serve.
