felix’s 50GB Mobile Plan is a tough one to beat in the prepaid category. When new and approved customers purchase a plan online and use the promo code, FELIX50, they’ll score 50% off their first three months. That’s $15 per month for the first three months, then $30 per month thereafter, which is still a reasonable price.
If this plan isn’t for you, here are some other popular prepaid mobile options, all with at least 30GB of data:
Best SIM-only mobile phone plan
Dodo’s $23 Mobile Plan is a steal of a deal this month if you’re looking for a no contract SIM-only plan. New customers will score double the data their first three months, that’s 30GB for the price of 15GB. But you better be fast, this offer expires on July 31.
Compare Dodo’s plan to other popular SIM-only plans around the same price point with at least 30GB of data:
Best iPhone plan
Looking to upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro? Well, Optus is our top pick this month with its $55 per month plan and $41.62 per month phone repayment. Optus’ plan offers the most value for money of the Big Three telcos with customers saving $300 over 36 months when they get the new device and stay connected on an eligible Optus SIM plan. This equates to a saving of $8.33 per month. This current promotion ends August 3.
For some alternative plans, here’s how this plan compares to others from Optus itself, Vodafone or Telstra on the iPhone 16 Pro 128GB with 36-month repayments:
Best Samsung Galaxy plan
Vodafone is the hot pick this month for those looking to get a new Samsung Galaxy plan. Its $53 per month Small plan paired with a monthly $59.69 phone repayment offers 5G connectivity and has no excess charges. This means once you reach your data allowance, you’ll simply get unlimited data capped to speeds of 2Mbps to last you the rest of the billing month.
If you’re not keen on Vodafone, however, see how the above plan compares to the likes of Telstra and Optus for a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 256GB with 36-month repayments:
Best Google Pixel plan
Google Pixel users, if you liked the look of the last plan, you’re in luck! Vodafone customers will pay just $53 per month for their phone plan and $37.47 per month on top for their new phone making it our best Google Pixel Plan this month.
This is also the most affordable Pixel 9 plan in our database at just $90.47 per month for the device on a 36-month repayment plan with 60GB of data.
The plan is free from excess data charges and includes $5 per day roaming. Plus, customers will score a bonus six-month Google One Premium subscription when they sign up before October 31.
If Vodafone aren’t your preferred telco, here are some alternatives to choose from for the Google Pixel 9 128GB plan with at least 30GB of data:
Google plans to announce the Pixel 10 family on August 21 so it may be worth waiting for.
