“A much-loved son, brother, partner and friend. Who was taken away too soon, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. We will always love and miss you.”

The clinic also shared the news in a statement to clients.

“It is with deep sadness we share the tragic news of the passing of our colleague and friend, Dr. Sean Crawford, following an accident while he was on holidays recently in Vietnam,” the clinic wrote.

“Dr Sean was a valued and much loved member of our team, caring for patients at our Melton and Tarneit clinics with warmth, skill, and dedication.

Crawford was born and raised in Western Australia before moving to Victoria with his family.

He studied at RMIT University, completing a double degree in Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic), where he gained hands-on experience working with athletes and patients at the RMIT Sports Academy and clinic.

He later developed his skills in sports rehabilitation and recovery in Gisborne and worked at Wellbeing Chiropractic’s Melton and Tarneit clinics.

“Outside of practice, Sean loved staying active, keeping fit, and spending quality time with friends and family,” the clinic said.

Crawford was admired “not only for his clinical expertise but also for the kindness, warmth, and dedication he brought to every patient he cared for”.

Tributes from patients have flooded the clinic’s social media pages.

“Rest in peace brother. Life can be f***ing unfair sometimes. But you lived a diligent life and helped the community. That’s more than most achieve in a lifetime,” one comment read.

“Oh my lord.. Thank you for my care Sean. Thank you for the laughs,” another said.

“It is a blessing to meet you even for such a short time. My heart goes out to all your family and friends. I’ll always remember your kindness and care. You had a profound impact on many lives. Rest in peace Dr Sean,” a third wrote.
