Detective Acting Inspector Cindy Searle said the women were found on Sheridan Street about 2.45pm on Sunday.
7NEWS revealed the moment the traumatised teenager was found by police in a carpark in Cairns, Queensland.
The shocking case began on Friday when the young woman was allegedly assaulted on Sheridan Street and then taken to a property by Kaidii Ephraums.

After being snatched, the victim was driven to an undisclosed location where she was allegedly hit with a weapon and had part of her head forcibly shaved.
She was then taken to an unknown home where she was held overnight against her will.
On Saturday, the alleged ordeal continued as she was moved to another home, where she was allegedly beaten again and prevented from leaving.
The teenager was reported missing that afternoon, sparking a police search that ended the following day when she was spotted in the carpark.
Dramatic CCTV footage captures the moment police swooped — the alleged torturer wearing pink pulled from the car and arrested.
Searle condemned the alleged crimes, saying: “The offending is quite simply not acceptable.”

After speaking with the victim at hospital, police were provided with crucial information about the series of alleged assaults.
The victim has since been released from hospital care.
“It has been a very distressing few days for her,” Searle said.
“We are offering every support we can.”
Police have confirmed the victim knew her alleged attacker but have refused to reveal further details about the alleged attack.
The alleged 48-hour torture ordeal has sent shockwaves through the Cairns community.
Ephraums faced court on Monday and was remanded in custody to appear again in the Cairns Magistrates Court on August 5.
