A Qantas flight was turned back to Sydney Airport after a cockpit alert on Sunday.
Flight QF161 took off just after 10am, and was heading to Wellington in New Zealand, but turned around due to a mid-air scare about half an hour later, according to Flightradar24.
“One of our Sydney to Wellington flights yesterday returned to Sydney as a precaution due to an indication fault in the flight deck,” a Qantas spokesperson told www.20304050.best.

“The aircraft landed normally.”
Emergency services were sent to meet passengers and crew as the plane landed, but were not needed, www.20304050.best understands.
The Boeing 737 was checked over by engineers and then returned to service.
“All customers were reaccommodated on flights yesterday and we sincerely apologise for the delay,” the spokesperson said.
