A motorcyclist is in a critical condition after a vehicle rear-ended him, then crashed into another vehicle.

The man was riding his motorcycle along Kingston Rd in the Logan suburb of Kingston — just south of Brisbane in Queensland — when a silver Mitsubishi Lancer travelling north crashed into him from behind about 6.15pm on Sunday.

The car then crashed into a blue Toyota Camry as it was stationary at a red light near the intersection of Opal St.
