Brisbane have recalled ruckman Oscar McInerney for their cut-throat semi-final against Gold Coast on Saturday night.
The reigning premiers were comprehensively beaten by Geelong last week and will be without dual Brownlow medallist Lachie Neale in one of two changes.
Sam Day has been dropped with Bruce Reville earning a recall. Day, who joined the Lions from the Suns in the off-season, had just two kicks in the loss to the Cats.

McInerney has played just three senior games since Round 9 due to a string of injuries. He returned to the side for a three-week stretch in the run home, but hasn’t played since the Round 20 loss to Gold Coast.
The ruckman, who missed out on last year’s premiership through injury, will partner Darcy Fort in a bid to combat Gold Coast big man Jarrod Witts.
The Suns are unchanged after their historic one-point triumph over Fremantle in last week’s elimination final thriller.
Adelaide and Hawthorn both made one change each for their blockbuster semi-final on Friday night.
The Crows have regained star forward Josh Rachele with young defender Hugh Bond dropped after last week’s loss to Collingwood.
Meanwhile, the Hawks have recalled tall forward Mitch Lewis to replaced injured star Calsher Dear.
The winner of Friday night’s clash will progress to a preliminary final showdown with Geelong at the MCG next Friday night.
