A report will be prepared for the coroner.
There have been conflicting reports about how long the boy was missing, with one source claiming he was missing for hours while another says he was missing about 30 minutes.

Another source with knowledge of the situation, who cannot be named for legal reasons, claimed to 7NEWS the child had been in the care of multiple adults at the time.
They also claimed authorities had previously visited the family, and suggested possible factors contributing to the incident, though none of these claims have been confirmed by police or child safety services.
The caravan park has been the subject of negative online reviews, with some describing it as poorly maintained and unsafe.
Another source said the condition of the park, particularly the length of the grass, may have delayed search efforts.
At this stage, no charges have been laid.
