A truck rollover has resulted in two teenagers facing a multitude of charges and police seizing 125 boxes of loose-leaf tobacco estimated to be worth more than $500,000.

Emergency services were called to Tucabia, about 25km east of Grafton on the Pacific Highway in northern NSW, at about 4am on Sunday where they found a truck had left the roadway and rolled before landing on its side.

Two 19-year-old men escaped the vehicle uninjured, but police found the tobacco when they inspected the truck.

The pair were arrested and taken to Grafton Police Station where they were charged with convey/possess tobacco products reckless re defraud revenue, deal with property proceeds of crime greater than $10,000 and goods in personal custody suspected being stolen (not motor vehicle).
