A brick has been thrown through the window of a moving car, hitting a passenger in the face and causing serious eye injuries.
The woman was one of four people in the car driving out of the Bagot Community in Ludmilla, a northern inner suburb of Darwin, via Bagot Rd when the brick was thrown about 10.20pm on Wednesday.
The brick went through a rear side window and hit the woman who was sitting in the back seat.

She was rushed to Royal Darwin Hospital for treatment of serious eye injuries.
Police allege the attacker was a teenager, aged about 14-years-old, who ran off with two other youths into Bagot Community.
Investigations are ongoing as officers work to identify the offender.
Anyone with information or dashcam footage from Bagot Rd on Wednesday evening is urged to come forward.
