A wild road rage attack in Sydney’s southwest has left two teenagers in hospital, with police now hunting the occupants of three cars captured trailing the victims before they were run off the road and assaulted.
The shocking incident occurred when 16-year-old unlicensed driver and his passenger were rammed off a suburban street in a suspected act of road rage, with the teenage passenger thrown from the black sedan.

The Honda had been travelling along Yerrick Rd in Lakemba when it was struck, but instead of helping the boys, police say the unknown group assaulted them.
The teenagers were taken to St George Hospital with shoulder and pelvic injuries.
“His friend got hurt more than him, but my son’s better, a little bit better,” the 16-year-old boy’s father said.
Police are still searching for the attackers, but believe tracking down the occupants of a ute and two sedans could lead them to answers.
The family of the underage driver remains unsure why he was run off the road.
“Maybe my son (did something) wrong, maybe not. You know what I’m saying?” the father said.
