A motorcyclist is in a critical condition after a vehicle rear-ended him, then crashed into another vehicle.
The man was riding his motorcycle along Kingston Rd in the Logan suburb of Kingston — just south of Brisbane in Queensland — when a silver Mitsubishi Lancer travelling north crashed into him from behind about 6.15pm on Sunday.
The car then crashed into a blue Toyota Camry as it was stationary at a red light near the intersection of Opal St.

The Mitsubishi then came to a stop on the wrong side of the road.
The 44-year-old man riding the motorcycle suffered “significant head, chest and pelvic injuries”, Queensland Police said
He was rushed in a critical condition to Princess Alexandra Hospital.
The 40-year-old man behind the wheel of the Mitsubishi was taken in a stable condition to Logan Community Hospital.
The 40-year-old woman driving the Camry was uninjured.
An investigation into the crash is now underway, and anyone with relevant information such as dashcam footage is urged to contact police.
