The luxury vehicle was later spotted being driven dangerously around Mossman and Cairns on the evening of August 10.
According to Queensland Police, the situation escalated about 12.15am on August 11, when officers successfully deployed a tyre deflation device at Kewarra Beach.
The Audi allegedly continued travelling on its rims, before crashing into the door of a police vehicle at the intersection of Kamerunga Rd and Cairns Western Arterial Rd.
The three men — aged 35, 28, and 22 — abandoned the car and ran, but were caught soon after in a dramatic foot chase, captured on police body-worn cameras.
The hectic footage shows officers sprinting, jumping over a vehicle, and commanding the suspects to the ground.

A police dog played a key role in the arrests, with one officer heard praising it repeatedly with “Good boy.”

He was refused bail and appeared in Cairns Magistrates Court on August 11.
