Former broadcaster Alan Jones has reportedly been hit with nine new indecent assault charges, ahead of an appearance in court on Thursday.
Jones, 84, is now facing more than 40 allegations that he inappropriately touched or assaulted a number of victims.
The latest charges were laid on Monday, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Police revealed in March that Jones had allegedly targeted 11 victims, the youngest aged 17, between 2001 and 2019.
A months-long police investigation culminated with the former 2GB host’s arrest at his luxury unit last November.
Jones previously denied the claims against him.
His case will be mentioned at Downing Centre Local Court in Sydney on Thursday.
