You can make ice cream at home with the help of the amazing Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker from Myer.

You’ve probably already heard of it, with hundreds of social media videos claiming it can turn basically anything into a delicious frozen treat.

And it’s true - there are push buttons to transform your ingredients into ice cream, lite ice cream, sorbet, smoothie bowl, gelato or milkshake.

Currently on sale at Myer, down $130 to $299, the Ninja Creami creates a treat in three easy steps.

Simply prep your base, and this can be anything - there’s no custard base to make or hours of churning required as with more traditional ice cream makers.

Then you have to freeze overnight, pop your frozen base into the machine and pick a dessert option.

The paddle in the Ninja Creami then spins and descends slowly into the frozen base, shaving it super finely and making it creamy.

And there you have it.

Heaps of recipes are available online and in the Ninja cook books, including favourites such as chocolate cookies and cream ice cream and berry sorbet.

There are also some more original ideas like banana pudding pie protein ice cream and mango butternut squash and cardamon ice cream.

You can even use the machine for iced coffee or frozen cocktails.

Customers are delighted with their new home-ice cream making capabilities with reviewers posting photos of their creations.

“How have I lived without this?” asked one. “The best purchase I’ve ever made! So easy to use and endless possibilities.”

“You won’t go back to store-bought ice cream,” promised another.

“Perfect product to make delicious homemade ice cream. Love being able to control the ingredients in comparison to store bought which is full of unhealthy additives. Very easy to use!”

“Wow what an invention!” said another. “This one of the most amazing kitchen inventions made since the traditional oven!”

Parents of kids with allergies are particularly impressed and have taken to the internet to rave about the allergy-free treats the Ninja Creami allows them to create.

“It’s a fantastic product. I’ve made a low calorie, sugar free, lactose-free batch, which was great and a pudding mix with lactose-free milk. The pudding chocolate ice cream was spectacular.”
