Book Week just got a whole lot sweeter, and dare we say, magical.

Krispy Kreme is channeling the wizarding world with a limited-edition Harry Potter doughnut collection, and yes, you can actually summon a free treat with a spell.

Between 19 and 22 August, from 3 to 5pm daily, fans who dress in their best Harry Potter inspired outfits and head into participating Krispy Kreme stores across Australia will be rewarded with a free Original Glazed doughnut.

All you need to do is step up to the counter, say the enchanted word “Accio”, and watch your doughnut appear like it’s been conjured straight out of Honeydukes.

The spellbinding offer celebrates the launch of the Harry Potter: Houses of Hogwarts x Krispy Kreme doughnut collection in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery.

Each doughnut has been designed to embody one of the four Hogwarts houses, and trust us, they’re as magical as they sound.

Spellbinding Flavours

• Gryffindor doughnut: Filled with cookie butter Kreme, dipped in bold red truffle, finished with golden yellow drizzle and the Gryffindor crest. Brave taste buds only.
• Slytherin doughnut: A cunning twist on the Original Glazed, topped with a choc and green swirl, dunked in cookie crumbs, crowned with the house crest.
• Hufflepuff doughnut: Bursting with brown butter toffee filling, dipped in golden truffle, finished with biscuit crumb and choc ganache drizzle. As loyal and sweet as it gets.
• Ravenclaw doughnut: Dipped in blueberry truffle, sprinkled with Ravenclaw blue, and topped with the iconic crest. Wise, witty, and delicious.

Whether you’re Gryffindor proud, a Slytherin schemer, or secretly hoping the Sorting Hat will let you switch houses for the day, these limited-edition doughnuts let you wear your Hogwarts colours and eat them too.

Available individually or in specially designed dozen boxes, the collection is only around for a short time.

Just like the Marauder’s Map, the magic disappears fast, so you’ll need to move quicker than a Quidditch Seeker chasing the Snitch if you want to try them.

Aimee Cutajar, Marketing Director for Krispy Kreme ANZ, said the range is “truly bewitching” but warned fans not to wait too long.

“The magic is fleeting, and so are these doughnuts, so don’t miss your chance to try them,” she said.
