Nelly Robinson is a UK born chef who now lives in Sydney.

He has worked in restaurant in Sweden, Hong Kong and the UK.

Nelly is executive chef of his restaurant NEL in Sydney which is known for its multi-course degustation of wild and wonderful food.

Nelly has just launched a new menu item ‘the fanciest fry’ which is a take on classic chips and tomato sauce.
