Salt and Pepper

Spray olive oil

For the tzatziki

2 garlic cloves

1/2 a large Lebanese cucumber

3 heaped tbs thick Greek yoghurt PROCAL or Farmers union Greek thick style

3 sprigs mint

2 sprigs dill

Dice cucumber and tomato.

Slice red onion thinly.

Roll mince into a ball and wearing a glove press it onto the soft tortilla.

Season with garlic salt/salt and pepper.

Fry in a non stick hot pan and flip to toast the other side

Add to your plate and top with the sauce etc.

Lastly crumbling feta on top

Method

To make the tzatziki

Into a bowl add Grated garlic.

Cut cucumber in half and remove seeds before grating.

Use a thick Greek yoghurt so you can avoid time straining it, add it into the bowl.

Chop the mint and dill leaves.

Add a pinch of salt and mix well.

Fold and enjoy immediately. These are not the type of tacos you can make too soon or they will go soggy.
