Carlton are taking stock during this week’s bye after starting the season with a 4-7 record off the back of a winless first month.

Last year’s collapse from second on the ladder takes the Blues to 6-14 over their past 20 games, putting Voss’s future firmly under external pressure — but not internal.

“No, Vossy is in good shape,” Priestley told 7NEWS Melbourne.

“He’s very focused on the second half of the year, there’s something on field we’re doing well and some things we need to address.
