Emergency services performed CPR on Fleming, but she could not be revived and died at the home.
Her boyfriend, 31-year-old Jethro Gamueda, was arrested at the property.
The couple had been in a domestic relationship for about a year and there were no prior domestic violence reports, Superintendent Wayne Humphrey APM said.

A postmortem examination will be conducted to determine the cause of Fleming’s death, Humphrey said.
It has been confirmed she did not suffer stab wounds.
Fleming’s grandmother described her as “the most beautiful granddaughter” and said the family was shattered by her death.
“Summer was the most beautiful granddaughter and we were so close,” the grandmother told 7NEWS.
“She was so special ... my family is grieving.
“I am 79 and not coping with this.”
Humphrey said Gamueda was the one who called police and had been assisting with inquiries, before he was charged with domestic violence-related murder on Monday evening.
He was refused bail and is expected to appear before Bail Division Local Court on Tuesday.
