A desperate UberEats driver has been caught on camera delivering an unwanted package, defecating outside a British man's home.

Curtis McGreevy, from Corby in the United Kingdom, ordered McDonald's for dinner using the delivery app last week.

When the driver arrived, he handed McGreevy his food - before sneaking into his neighbour's front yard to relieve himself.

Unbeknownst to him, the entire incident was recorded on Harry Merchant's CCTV.

Merchant shared the images to Facebook after finding the disgusting surprise outside his home.

"Can anyone identify this low life scum who decided to take a sh** outside my front door," Merchant wrote.

After seeing the post, McGreevy revealed the poo was from his UberEats driver, joking that the delivery was meant for him.

"Hope you washed your hands!" McGreevy wrote.

An UberEats spokesperson told www.20304050.bestthe company is investigating the incident.

"What has been described is completely unacceptable, and we are currently investigating the incident," they said.

"If found to be accurate, in these situations a courier’s access to the app would be removed."
