A violent brawl has broken out at a shopping centre in Melbourne’s east.

The brawl broke out between a group of men, believed to be teenagers, at Westfield Knox shopping centre at Wantirna South at about 5.30pm on Tuesday.

One teenager suffered non-life threatening injuries and was treated at the scene.

The rest of the group fled the scene before police arrived.
