It’s understoof there could have been a house party when the incident happened.

Two men have been charged over the stabbing of a teenager in Sydney’s north shore.

A 16-year-old boy was found on Awaba St in the affluent suburb of Mosman just before 11pm on Friday night with a stab wound to his thigh.

Police say he had been assaulted by two men who then ran away.

The teenager was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital in a stable condition.

It is understood there could have been a house party when the incident happened.

Officers began investigating and not long after gained entry into a home on Awaba St and arrested two men, aged 18 and 20.

The teenager was charged with intent commit indictable offence, affray, common assault and stalk / intimidate intent fear physical harm.

The 20-year-old was charged with wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and affray.

They were both refused bail to appear before Parramatta Local Court on Saturday.
