An Adelaide father of two and SAPOL officer at the Christies Beach station has been charged over domestic violence against his now ex-wife.
Tim Waverley Morrison, 35 was arrested in February and is facing various charges over alleged incidents of assault.
The three charges were aggravated assault, aggravated threaten to kill or endanger life, and aggravated assault with a weapon.

Court documents revealed he allegedly used a firearm and a knife during the alleged assaults.
The assaults allegedly occurred between June and December 2019 and September and October the same year at Aldinga beach.
7NEWS understands Morrison was on duty and used his own service revolver during one of the alleged assaults.
In a statement to 7NEWS, SAPOL confirmed the officer has been suspended without pay, but refused to comment any further.
Morrison is on bail and has not entered a plea.
He is expected back in court in August.
