Eights cars and a truck were involved in a massive crash in Melbourne’s west on Monday.

The vehicles collided on the Princes Hwy at Laverton North, near the Koroit Creek Rd exit, about 6am.

There were no serious injuries but a number of vehicles were significantly damaged. Victoria Police said.

Now police are searching for dashcam footage to find out how the crash occurred.

“There were a substantial number of vehicles in the vicinity of the collision, and police are particularly keen to speak with witnesses and those with dashcam footage,” Victoria Police said.
