A man has died after crashing a BMW in inner Brisbane.
The 57-year-old was driving the BMW 220i in Highgate Hill on Wednesday night when the vehicle hit a traffic control light.
The BMW then smashed into a tree near the Gladstone Road-Dornoch Terrace intersection.

The car finally came to a stop outside a house.
The Coorparoo man behind the wheel was the car’s only occupant and he died at the scene.
Police investigations into the incident continue.
