A family have been woken by gun shots this morning as police scramble to investigate what happened.
Two women, aged 49 and 22, and a 15-year-old boy were at home on Harris St in Merrylands, Sydney, when multiple shot were fired into the house about 1.40am on Sunday, police said.
Emergency services rushed to the scene, with paramedics reporting there had been no injuries to those involved.
Police established a crime scene and said “an investigation in relation to the circumstances surrounding the incident commenced”.
