Police are searching for the driver of a ute who allegedly left the scene of a rollover.

They arrived at a newly constructed home in Narraweena, in Sydney’s north, to find a ute had smashed through a front fence and was rolled onto its roof.

The vehicle was found resting upside down in the driveway of the new home with emergency services quick to stop a fuel spill.

The driver could not be located at the scene.
