An 18-year-old Derrimut man and a 21-year-old Kew man were arrested on Tuesday morning.
The teenager has since been charged with affray and intentionally causing injury. The teen has been granted bail and is due to appear at Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on July 16.
The older man was treated at hospital with non-life-threatening head injuries from the brawl.

He was granted bail and is due to appear at Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on July 15.
An 18-year-old Thornhill Park man was then arrested on Tuesday night and has been charged with affray and weapons offences.
He has been remanded and will appear at Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
Victoria Police previously arrested and charged four people over the incident.
Two teenagers, who police allege were the primary offenders, were arrested at the centre.
The 16-year-old boy from the Darebin area and 15-year-old boy from the Melton area have each been charged with affray, intentionally causing injury, possessing a controlled weapon, and using a controlled weapon.
They will appear at a children’s court.
A 20-year-old Thornbury man charged over the incident was already on bail at the time of the incident, and has been bailed again.
He has been charged with affray, intentionally causing injury, and committing an indictable offence while on bail.
He is scheduled to appear before Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on July 15.
An 18-year-old Bundoora man has also been charged with affray and intentionally causing injury.
He was also bailed to appear before the Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on July 15.
“Those arrested were all known gang members and known to police,” Victoria Police said.
“A total of three edged weapons have been seized by police.”
Video footage of the incident shows one person lunging at several others with a large machete.
The incident lasted about two minutes, police said.
Approximately 40 local police and specialist units, including the Public Order Response Team and Critical Incident Response Team, were deployed and arrived at the scene of the incident “within minutes”, police said.
While initially investigators believed eight people were involved in the incident, they have since determined that “seven people from rival youth gangs began fighting while allegedly armed with machetes”.
“Police will allege this was a planned fight between two rival youth gangs, with thankfully no innocent bystanders hurt.
“Police will be patrolling the area over the coming days and weekends, while local police will also engage with shopping centre management and retail staff to reassure and most importantly, thank them for their efforts.
“Victoria Police continues to relentlessly pursue, disrupt, and dismantle the state’s worst youth gangs as part of Operation Alliance.
“In the past year alone, Operation Alliance has led to the arrest of 473 youth gang members a combined 1731 times. Over 4400 charges have been laid in relation to these matters.”
A machete ban is set to take effect in the state at midday on Wednesday.
The ban on selling the dangerous weapons, which was due to start on September 1, has been fast-tracked following the Northland incident.
However, the government has been criticised for banning the sale of machetes but not prohibiting the possession of the weapons.
There will also be a grace period between the ban taking effect and authorities confiscating machetes.
