A man has been hospitalised after being stabbed on Queensland’s Sunshine coast.
Emergency services were called to a location near Cooma Terrace and Latona Avenue in Caloundra about 11:30am on Saturday.
A 67-year-old man was located at the scene with serious but non-life-threatening injuries and transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

“A physical altercation occurred between two men, resulting in one man sustaining a stab wound,” police said.
The alleged offender was located a short distance away and taken into custody.
A 44-year-old Parrearra man has been charged with serious assault person over 60, acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, and possession of a knife in a public place.
He is due to face Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Monday 14 July.
