Model Josie Canseco has shared a tribute to allegedly murdered Chrisitan conservative activist Charlie Kirk, sparking backlash from many of her followers.
Kirk, 31, was shot dead at Utah Valley University last Wednesday.
The alleged shooter Tyler Robinson, 22, is in custody after surrendering to the police.

Canseco, who is also an influencer, shared a photo of Kirk, a father-of-two, holding one of his children, in a social media post, according to US Daily Mail.
“Rest in paradise to one of the smartest humans of our generation. Praying for his family,” the outlet reported Canseco wrote.
“No matter what your beliefs are you can never be OK with someone being shot because you don’t agree with their views and political beliefs.
“We have gone into a dangerous path and this can’t be celebrated, tolerated, or allowed from anyone, anywhere, at any time.”
According to the report, Canseco’s 1.4 million largely left-wing fans took issue with her post.
“Rocks for brains,” one Instagram user wrote. Another called her “delusional” while another attacked her intelligence, writing: “She’s not very bright is she?”
Others announced they would boycott her, according to Daily Mail.
Canseco is the daughter of American baseball hero Jose Canseco and ex-wife, Jessica, who were married between 1996 and 1999.
Millions of people have shared their grief at the death of Kirk, while others have criticised the public mourning of the Christian conservative speaker.
Some people on the left of politics have accused Kirk of preaching hate, while others on the right have said his words are being taken out of context or deliberately misunderstood.
Student Camryn Booker, 18, was arrested after yelling at a group of mourners on campus. She was charged with assault and later released after posting $200 bail.
At one point, she shouted, “F*** y’all homie dead! He got shot in the head!”
Accused shooter Robinson was taken into custody on Friday.
It has been alleged he was motivated by his “leftist ideology” that has grown recently.
Robinson will appear before a court on Tuesday, US time, and will likely face capital murder charges.
Authorities have said Robinson has not been co-operating with law enforcement.
