An elderly motorcyclist has died in a collision with a truck.

The 74-year-old man was riding his motorcycle through Wynnum — in Brisbane’s east — when he collided with the truck at the intersection of Wynnum North Rd and Pritchard St about 7.15am on Sunday.

He died at the scene.

The 58-year-old man driving the truck was not physically injured.

Queensland Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant dashcam footage is urged to come forward.
