Traffic built up in the Sydney Harbour Tunnel heading into the city after a car crash on Wednesday morning.

All lanes have now reopened after the crash, which occurred about 6.35am on Wednesday.

Citybound traffic was heavy, but has since eased, Live Traffic Sydney said.
