A child has died and three others have been injured in a shocking crash on Tuesday afternoon.
An LDV dual cab ute and a Kenworth tipper truck collided on Towamba Rd in Nullica, 10km southwest of Eden on the NSW South Coast, just after 4.10pm.
Emergency services arrived to find a six-year-old boy, who had been a passenger in the ute, had died.

The 31-year-old male driver and two girls, aged two and eight, also travelling in the ute suffered what police described as “multiple injuries”.
The driver was airlifted to Canberra Hospital, while the two girls were flown to Sydney Children’s Hospital.
The truck driver, a 52-year-old man, was taken to South East Regional Hospital at Bega for mandatory testing and for treatment for the effects of shock.
Towamba Rd was closed well into the night as police investigate the crash.
Detective Inspector Jason Hogan said it was unfortunate that tragedies like this happened in local communities and across regional NSW, urging drivers to take greater care on the roads.
“It’s a terrible tragedy that we need to avoid,” Hogan said on Wednesday.
“Drivers need to be careful, they need to drive to the conditions, obey the road rules and make sure that they get themselves and their passengers home safely.”
Anyone with information about the incident should contact police.
