Brian Thomas Fay: Search continues for 73-year-old Perth man missing for two days

WA Police seek the public’s assistance as they continue their search for the 73-year-old.

Police divers have been used to search the ocean for a 73-year-old man who has been missing for two days.

Brian Thomas Fay was reported missing about 9.45pm on Tuesday.

Police believe Mr May drove his silver Great Wall SUV, with WA registration 1ECR 727, to the Burns Beach carpark on Ocean Parade on Tuesday between 6.30pm and 9.30pm.

He hasn’t heard or seen from since and police hold concerns for Mr Fay’s welfare.

“If you believe you may have seen him at anytime during Tuesday, please contact us, and ring crime stoppers,” he said.

“It’s obviously very distressing for his family who want to know where he is, same as us, that’s why were throwing everything we can at trying to locate Bryan as quickly as we can.

Police and SES crews were concentrating their search for Mr Fay to the Burns Beach coastal area on Thursday afternoon, with water police divers also searching the ocean.

Police ask anybody who sighted anyone near the groyne at the northern end of the carpark to come forward, with concerns held for Mr Fay’s welfare.
