Supermarket giant ALDI is recalling a popular food product because it may contain glass.

The recall has been issued for 750g packs of Urban Eats Japanese Style Vegetable Gyoza in relation to the possible presence of glass, which could cause illness or injury if consumed.

The affected item has a best-before date of March 27, 2027 and was sold in ALDI stores across NSW, the ACT, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.

Anyone who purchased the product is advised not to eat the product and to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
