Kmart shoppers are going wild over a $49 denim trench coat that fans claim is the “perfect dupe” of styles costing upwards of $250.
The stylish denim coat has been flying off the shelves — with many saying it’s an affordable alternative to similar styles costing almost five times the price.
Made from cotton, lightweight denim woven fabric, the trench coat comes in sizes ranging from six to 20 and is an “oversized fit”.

The budget retailer’s trench coat also features a lapel neck, two side pockets and a tie waist belt.
There are similar styles on the market, including Belle & Bloom’s $250 denim trench and Sportgirl’s $149.99 coat.
The brand, which is sold via The Iconic, only offers four different sizes — ranging from 6-12.
Fashion blogger, known as Kmart Insider, raved about the budget coat on social media, saying: “Same same without the price tag”.
“If you haven’t fully embraced the denim trench trend yet, it’s time to do so now,” she said on Instagram.
Her post was met with dozens of comments, with many describing Kmart’s trench as “gorgeous”.
“I love this denim coat,” said one.
