David and Victoria Beckham are reportedly heartbroken after their son, Brooklyn, renewed his vows with wife Nicola Peltz in a private ceremony where none of his family received invitations.

The intimate event took place at the Westchester estate of Nicola’s father, billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz, who presided over the ceremony himself — a detail that is believed to have deepened the rift and left the Beckhams feeling sidelined.

A source close to the family revealed it was the “final kick in the teeth” for David and Victoria, who only discovered the vow renewal had taken place after reading about it online.

“Seeing Nelson having such a pivotal role at the ceremony was heartbreaking for David, especially. Not one member of the 30-plus extended family knew about the wedding, or were invited,” the insider told The Sun.

“His grandparents are devastated too as Brooklyn has always been so close to them.”

At Brooklyn and Nicola’s wedding in 2022, Victoria’s niece Liberty was included as a bridesmaid. However, she too has since been cut off according to the source, suggesting that the family rift is much deeper than it appears on the surface.

“It feels cruel and spiteful. This is no longer a game. It has gone beyond all that,” they said.

“This is a family who feel they have lost their precious boy — and see no way back. Honestly, they are now questioning why he even wants to keep the ‘Beckham’ surname — will he revert to Peltz?”

The insider questioned: “August 2nd 2025 — is this the day Brooklyn formally declared himself no longer a part of the Beckham family?”

In new photos shared by the couple on social media, they are surrounded by Nicola’s family and friends.

Alongside the images, the couple wrote: “Only love”.

In another series of photos posted by Brooklyn, he wrote: “Forever my girl”.

The couple began dating in October 2019 and made their relationship official in January 2020. Just seven months later, Brooklyn proposed.

“The event is about honouring the love and commitment they’ve built together over the years, and creating a memory that will stay with them forever,” an insider close to the couple told People about their vow renewal ceremony.
