High-profile fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow has opened up about how she’s feeling, revealing she ‘had a bit of a crash out’.
Hembrow, who has 17 million followers on Instagram, confirmed in June she had filed for divorce from husband Matt Zukowski after just seven months of marriage.
On September 13, the mum-of-three posted a video on her TikTok account sharing a raw and honest update.

“I had a bit of a crash out the other day, like I started filming a full crash out video that I was going to post on TikTok,” Hembrow revealed.
“But I couldn’t... I couldn’t get through it without crying.
“There is no way I will post myself crying on any freaking app ever again because I’m just going to get made fun of.
“You can’t be vulnerable online because people just make fun of you.
“But anyway, I’m glad I didn’t post it because it was just a bit of a moment.”
Hembrow then goes on to say that despite the tough day, she was doing really good post the break-up.
“I feel lighter, just how much more like me. That is the key thing,” Hembrow added.
“Every day, more and more like myself.
“Looking back now, it’s crazy how much I lost myself and just shrunk and shrunk and shrunk.
“I’ve learnt so much about what I really value. Loyalty and being able to be myself.
“Never let anyone make you feel like you are not good enough.”
Hembrow then pauses and holds back tears before going to talk through her outfit and plans for the day.
Since her public break-up, Hembrow has been linked to Geelong superstar Bailey Smith.
On August 27, Hembrow was in Melbourne for the Sasha Therese fashion event where she was quizzed over their rumoured relationship.
“I’m here for a few things. A little work, a little play, a little bit of both,” Hembrow said to News Corp.
“I’m not going to say anything about Bailey except he’s a sweetie ... he’s a good guy.”
Hembrow was pressed on whether she would make an appearance with Smith at this year’s Brownlow Medal.
Smith is one of the favourites for the AFL’s best-and-fairest award after a superb first year with Geelong.
Hembrow’s followers were also very keen to know whether she’d be attending the ceremony with many posting on her latest video about her possible outfit for the night.
“But what are you wearing to the brownlowwww,” one person cheekily asked.
