Bec Judd’s seven-year-old son Tom has been rushed to hospital, reportedly for urgent care.

Tom is one of the model and TV star’s younger twins, the youngest of her four children with former AFL star Chris Judd.

On Monday, Judd shared a video of her son resting in a hospital bed clutching a teddy bear and holding an icy pole in his other hand.

“Onwards and upwards Tom! Thanks Nurse for looking after us,” Judd captioned the post, tagging her son’s nurse @beckybell30.

She did not specify what had led to Tom’s hospital stay.

Judd’s other children are son Oscar, 12, daughter Billie, nine and Tom’s twin brother Darcy, seven.

Just hours after revealing the news about her son, Judd took to Instagram again — this time to share her sadness over the death of Australian fashion designer Shiva Singam.

Singam died aged 50 on Saturday, with his passing described as “sudden” although his cause of death has not been revealed.

In a moving tribute, Judd — who has her own fashion label, Jaggad — wrote: “Just the loveliest person ever. Always with the biggest, warmest, most genuine smile. RIP Shiva.”

Singam isn’t the only friend Judd has lost this year.

In January, the TV personality revealed her longtime mate Nicole Cooper had lost her battle with stage four bowel cancer.

Cooper was diagnosed in March 2017 shortly after welcoming her son, Joshua. She died on January 10.

“Rest easy my love. I’m so proud to be your friend and so privileged to have shared so many great times with you,” Judd wrote at the time.

“I’ll open my arms and cuddle Josh hard, just like you’d do, for all the days to come.”

Judd and her husband Chris are doting parents to their own brood, with Judd sharing a sweet message for her husband on his 40th birthday on September 8.

“Our King is 40 today @cjayfive. Happy birthday to the love of my life,” she captioned a video, which showed family memories and clips of Chris with his kids.

“20 years together and we’ve done some epic stuff and created some beautiful little people. Here’s to the next 40.”
