The company is named after the idyllic Byron Shire hamlet of Eureka, which coincidentally is the location of Tara’s family farm.
The brand offers three air dried recipes offering ‘scoop and serve’ convenience.
Utilising low-temperature solar curing at 68C, air-drying preserves the nutrients of the raw ingredients and eliminates pathogens.
