Aussie fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow has teamed up with her two sisters, Amy and Emilee to create Selfish Supps.

Selfish Supps is a range of healthy and effective supplements for women, that also taste delicious.

“So many women feel really confused or overwhelmed by the amount of supplements available and don’t know where to start,” Tammy tells Best Picks.

“We’re all mums, we know what it’s like putting yourself last and the guilt that comes with investing in yourself,” Amy adds.

The name ‘Selfish’ echoes the brands ethos; to encourage women to prioritise their own wellbeing.
