The cookware UK chef Gordon Ramsay swears by for making the perfect meal is finally available to purchase in Australia.

HexClad, created by culinary innovators Daniel Winer and Cole Mecray in 2017, has already had wildly successful launches in the US and UK and can now be shopped both on its website and on Amazon if you live Down Under.

Their patented hybrid cookware brings together the performance of stainless steel, the durability of cast iron, and the convenience of a non-stick surface.

The result is cookware that performs to Michelin chef standards, with the cleanup convenience you need at home.

“HexClad’s intriguing look and design, and its hybrid technology caught my eye several years ago,” Gordon says.

“I use the pans at home, and the combination of stainless steel and non-stick functionality is amazing. It’s highly versatile and cooks exceptionally well. I’m excited to partner with the HexClad team as we expand the line of beautiful, high-quality products.”

On Amazon, a 10-inch frypan will set you back $253.28, a six-piece set of knives is $876.84 and a saucepan with lid is $298.58.

Those that have taken the leap and already purchased Hexclad have been pleasantly surprised that the technology lives up to the price.

“I’ve never in my life paid so much for one pan before. But we got an induction-type stovetop and most of the pans we’ve used for the past 40 years wouldn’t work on it,” one woman explained.

“I read reviews and decided Hexclad was the way to go. We have never used non-stick pans because we didn’t want to be exposed to Teflon or other such things. The reviews I read said these pans weren’t quite as non-stick as some others, but to me they are amazing.”

“I ordered these pots because the reviews were so great and I haven’t been disappointed,” said another.

A third added: “If Gordon tells me to try it, I will”.

Other celebrity fans of the brand include Hailey Bieber and Kendall Jenner, who used it to cook in a YouTube video in July.
